Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan. Once hot, add the prawns and the crushed garlic, and sauté for a minute. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then set aside. Pour the beaten eggs into a non-stick frying pan and, before they set, add the prawn mixture and the bean sprouts, then serve.
